Audit Forms is the free online repository for the iAuditor App. Here you can browse through hundreds of Audit Forms for all types of industries.
Everyday new audit forms are created and uploaded to the SafetyCulture Cloud™ The range of audit forms, checklists and templates is endless.
Since iAuditor was released in February 2012, it has been used thousands of times a day for safety checks, construction audits, compliance checks, student audits and just about every other type of audit you can think of.
Users are able to create their own audit form template and use it on a phone or tablet device.
Forms can also be created as CSV files in programs such as Microsoft Excel, and then imported into iAuditor for instant use.

Really handy, def recommend to anyone who needs to do auditing on a daily basis. Saves time and money. The only thing would be to actually edit logo ect on documents. Well done though, great ap.

As an auditor, I create my own e-forms and paper based audits or inspection forms. At least I did, until I found this gem. This app is clearly worth money, let alone what it's worth as a free app. I love it and already see the massive possibilities of saving time and impressing clients. If it could add audio clips as proof of answers to inspection questions, it would be more than perfect. As it is, it's going to be my mainstay for audits and inspections.

I didn’t realise that the app had barely been launched yet and I had already started changing the way were are to conduct our internal audits and daily checklists.
I am very glad to have found such a great app and look forward to the future developments and integrating it into out Quality Management System.
I have already begun implementing it in Audits on our factory floor as well as Customer and Supplier Audits. Was afraid that I would have to buy EVERYONE ipads!

I have been hunting for a customizable straight forward audit/checklist app for a while with little success until now. The template editor is extremely easy to use. The logic behind the app's functionality is wonderful...create a template and save it; start a new audit and select the template to use; answer the questions, add comments and take photo's; e-mail the final report. Photo's are automatically inserted into the report rotated correctly whether taken as portrait or landscape. Reports are very professional. 98% of what I was looking for! Wish List: Add "Compliance" date or text field to question lines. Ability to expand or collapse Categories for long checklists. Ability to filter items on screen by "yes, no or n/a". Ability to create report showing all items; all "no" items; with or without photos. Ability to export e-mail report of all "no" items to excel or cvs file so others can easily use information collected. Ability to export and share confidential templates with other internal auditors.
I just wanted to say thank you for such a fantastic simple tool.
I will be telling my team all about this great app.
We won't need to drag a laptop around when we are auditing - a manual handling issue solved.
